1. Information we collect

Information you give us:

• account details such as your email address and the login method you choose;
• messages you send us by email or through the support chat;
• your preferences inside the app, such as watchlists, alerts and language;
• public wallet addresses you choose to add to track your holdings. We never ask for private keys or seed phrases.

Information collected automatically:

• usage data such as pages visited, features used, clicks and the time spent on the Service;
• device and browser information, IP address and approximate location derived from it;
• cookies and similar technologies (see section 4).

Payment information is collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor. We receive only limited details such as your plan, payment status and the last digits of your card.

2. How we use your information

• to create and manage your account and give you access to the features you pay for;
• to send the alerts and notifications you turn on;
• to process payments and manage subscriptions and the affiliate program;
• to answer your questions and provide support;
• to measure, secure and improve the Service and fix problems;
• to send you product news, which you can unsubscribe from at any time;
• to comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run MagicVest, and only what they need: hosting and infrastructure, payment processing, analytics and product measurement, customer support chat, email delivery and affiliate tracking. These providers are bound by contracts that protect your information. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights, our users or the public. If MagicVest is sold or merged, your information may be transferred to the new owner under this Policy.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your language and theme, measure how the website and app are used, and attribute sign-ups to affiliates. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may then not work properly.

5. Where your information is stored

MagicVest is based in North America and our service providers may store or process information in Canada, the United States or other countries. When information is transferred outside your country, we take reasonable steps to make sure it stays protected.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time, except what we must keep to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations or to resolve disputes.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to withdraw your consent, and to object to or limit some uses of it. This includes rights under Canadian privacy laws and, for residents of California and other U.S. states, under their state privacy laws. To use these rights, write to contact@magicvest.ai. We may need to verify your identity before answering. You can also contact the privacy authority where you live.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will let you know by email or in the app.
